Alicia's in our bed, but somehow we manage to lie in until 9am this morning. Despite books being dropped on our heads not to mention Alicia getting in and out of bed fetching various essential items - teddies, hungry caterpillar books, We're going on a bear hunt DVDs etc
A certain amount of futzing around this morning, which eventually had to be curtailed by a small person needing to let off steam... so off into the village to the park to play on the seesaw, the weee (otherwise known as the bon-gon or toboggan (Alicia can't get her mouth around all of that word...) or in English, the slide) and other essential bouncy things....
Pasta for lunch.... a couple of good cups of coffee from my new toy www.tassimo.com
and a long discussion about whether we should sell the house we live in now and rent another bigger one before the Summer or hang on a bit - whether it's safe to rent this house or not ... and generally the meaning of life.
My other half fears his boss has fiddled him out of several days pay and holiday days... so we finally nuckle down and sort that mountain of receipts and other important documents to find all his wage slips... and work out he's 6 days short of holiday and 3 days short of pay..... what a hound his boss is...
OK - have to go now... have been called to eat Raclette... finally. What a hard life.
