Quack then Vino

We went into Montpellier this afternoon for an appointment, which was cancelled at the last minute... so we went to meet Benoit at the French / English language exchange that's at a cafe on the rue St Guilhem in Montpellier. After a glass there, we decided to stay in Montpellier and I'm so glad we did.

It was the first Friday of Les Estivales, held on the Esplanade between the Corum and the Comedie. Generally, each Friday now over the Summer they are having music, tapas and vino ... tapas Euro3 a plate... and the vino will be served by different domaines each week... Euro3 gets you three glasses of wine and you get to take the glass home with you. ... and the wine was fab. Definitely worth a trip.

We staggered home via the tram.
