Maison de Village for Sale - Herault / Gard

Marsillargues, maison de village for sale - built in stone, it's an F2, meaning one bedroom with 45m2 of habitable space.

Ground floor: Fitted kitchen, shower room and toilet.
First floor: salon or bedroom.
Second floor: salon or bedroom with steps to attic storage.

The house is situated on a tree lined boulevard - which is one way, ensuring a quiet road with easy parking.

The house is two minutes walk to doctors, boulangerie, butcher, 2 or 3 cafes, 2 restaurants, a medium sized supermarket and is only 15 minutes to the beaches at Grau du Roi and La Grande Motte. Schools for all ages also. It is easy to live here without having a car at all - in the Summer there is a bus to the beach.

Marsillargues even boasts his own small theatre. We also have a beautiful chateau in the middle of the village where Christmas markets and concerts are held.

You are just one minutes walk to beautiful countryside with fabulous picnic areas...

Marsillargues is situated halfway between Nimes and Montpellier - only 25 minutes drive to either and their TGV stations and airports.
(Nimes to Paris 2 hours 50 mins on the TGV) Both cities are served by Ryanair... and others.

Good luck.

Be sure to keep us in touch with wherever you move to.

We are "hoping" to get down to the Hérault this Summer.
