Stopped at home today I had a Chinese take away. In the afternoon I made the following for a party :
Marquise au chocolat
4 yolks and 100g of sugar to be whisked until it has a white appearance. Add 250 g of melted chocolate and 100 g of butter, 1 small pot (20 cl) of whisked "crème fraiche épaisse".
Stir everything well and leave it to set in the fridge for at least 6 hours.
Serves about 3-4 people.
