We are having a fabulous year here at Tots HQ. New properties, new countries, new website and fabulous feedback from clients and houseowners alike so now is a great time to be joining the Tots family. We are currently working on the launch of Spain and Portugal but definitely need more properties across the board as bookings are well up on last year.
70% of our lettings are outside the peak months of July and August which means that those of you who are sitting on holiday properties could easily let them out and make them work harder for you. Letting to the family market does require committment but for many of us who are parents, altering your property to be more child friendly is not a particularly onerous task and we will help you all the way!
